If you are not happy with our maps, so aren’t we.
If this is the case, please let us know you want to return the map within 30 days of receiving your order via e-mail (email@example.com). You will get a refund to the original payment method, but you will have to pay for shipping back to us. The cost and risk of returning the items is on you. So, be sure to keep the postal receipt as proof of dispatch. The items can only be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition (no visible signs of use or damages).
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
- Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which the consumer has made an individual selection or stipulation, or that have been clearly tailored to meet the personal requirements of the consumer.
